About one teaspoon.
Edit:
Fuck you Sponge. You and your goddamn Metric System learning didn't have to take time of your life to convert that using the fat hamburger way.

Grape juice, your PWO shake, dextrose, etc etc. Non-acidic juice/energy sources

Powder's def where it's at. I've never had any trouble dissolving creatine. Whey on the other hand is a different story.

isn't most creatines now micronized as a standard? I find creatine disolves like a piece of cake. I dunno how someone can have trouble disolving it. now mixing protein with a spoon, that's a whole other ballgame.

It works good with coffee too
From every source I've read or heard from (internet, real people, etc) they say to NEVER take caffeine with creatine as it basiaclly kills the absorbtion or something. Either way the end result is taking caffeine on creatine equals almost no results.
Also if it matters to anyone the only creatine I've taken so far is cell-tech and it worked wonders for me, albeit its expensive as hell.

It was either Glutamine or creatine that works better when mixed with coffee that I read. I was pretty sure it was creatine. But I'm not really a coffee drinker, so I'm not too worried.

I dont' believe a word, please link me to these studies showing caffeine affects creatine.
cell-tech = creatine + simple sugar. just buy some dextrose

Is there a thread on people's experiences with certain creatine products around here? I wanna hear everyone's opinions on the best creatine products and the results they had

No, there's currently not. The best creatine out there is probably CEE (creatine ethyl ester)
I have only tried mono and it did nothing for me

Why haven't you tried any of this CEE stuff? Someone do it, I might later
