As more and more people sign up here, I just want to get the message out to any newbs that wonder in here...
Food First, Exercise Second...then go to supplementation.
Wethere it is weight loss or weight gain, I see so many people and get so many messages asking "what supps do i take to get huge" or "manyyour getting timmed, what are you taking" ummm food.
Get your diet right, get your exercise right...then if you need assistance in areas...select the correct supplementation. I will not answer anyones supp questions if their diet is crap and they are workoing arms and chest all week. Make sense?

That is sooooo true. i don't know how many kids i kno sitting around eating shit all day and then they supplement with alot of protein. All they did was put on fat and it is no good to do that as we all kno. I have a friend who put on 20 pounds without any supplements at all. All he did was eat really clean and healthy and bust his ass in the gym.
