Due to my less than stellar cutting results from 6 weeks ago (and the lack of support and motivation from certain members here... YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE...) I have decided to start a new cutting cycle.

February 17

abs:
ball crunches: 1 x 40
lying leg raise: 1 x 25
weighted cable crunches: 1 x 30 x 50 lbs

30 minutes of running @ 5 mph

out of interest, how do you keep yourself occupied on a treadmill for that long? I get bored after about 5 minutes... Running on the road or through the country is fine, but treadmills suck...

Linemen hate running period. Doesn't matter if they're tanks like me or fat slobs.

Like that running I did today. I think it messed up my toenail, so in efforts to fix it, I just ripped the fucking thing off.

Well I def find running boring as well, but I just listen to tunes - and don't watch the clock!!

35 minutes of moderate to intense treadmilling yesterday.
