Next time you're at Loblaws (or when mommy goes to loblaws), look around for president's choice "Atlantic Salmon Skewers". I bought these last week and they're quite delicious. Even people that don't even like salmon seem to enjoy them. You can throw on some lemon juice, even a bit of pepper, and it's awesome. Comes with only 4 skewers. Each one yields 206 calories, 12 grams of fat (mostly good fat tho), 24 MONSTER grams of protein, and zero carbs. I can easily consume 2 of these with a plate full of carbs. They're $10.99.
