Hi, I'm Stumbo, and this is my log.

I decided to put my log on this forum because its small, and seems a little bit more "intimate" compared to other BBig sites.

Im 22, and have been kinda half ass working otu for about 8 months now. I have been making gains, but nothing amazing, and I wasnt expecting to gain anything amazing with the way I was training/dieting. I pumped alot during High school when I played football and was over 200lbs, hower I was alot chubbier and my legs were alot bigger as well.

Im 6' tall and weigh 185lbs. I have no idea what my body fat is, but you can see my abs, and I wear a 32" waist pants. I'm gussing probably around 13 percent?

My workouts look like this:

Monday: Arms
Tuesday: legs
Wendsday: Off
Thursday: Back
Friday: Chest

This probably wont be a very regular log, Ill just drop in every now and then a post a pic or two and my stats.

Here are my measurements, Unflexed:

Weight: 185
Arms: 13" mad.gif
forarms: 12.5"
Legs: 22"
Waist: 32"
Chest: 43"

Um I guess thats it. My arms just dont grow, I dont know why, but they dont. I think I have been overtraining them for a long time, and have since cut back on their workouts and have been making gains (gained about an inch over the last 2 months even with a drop in body fat). However, I have very long arms, which makes them look even thinner. I would like to have 16" arms Some day, and Ill keep pumping hard until my goal is relized. Every other muscle on my body grows like crazy.

Ive been eating kick ass for the last couple weeks trying to gain mass. There is now way I can write down everything I eat, I just eat way too much.

Next week Ill be starting my M1t cycle, this is the main reason Im starting this log is to monitor my progress and see what kind of gains I can make and what I will actually keep.

This is what my cycles will look like:

Week 1 (testing cycle): 10mg M1t, 300mgs 4ad
Week 2 (testing cycle): 10mg M1t, 300mgs 4ad
Week 3 (PCT): 20mgs Nolva, Tribulus
Week 4 (PCT): 20mgs Nolva, Tribulus
Rest week
Week 1 (cycle): 15mg M1t, 600mgs 4ad
Week 2 (cycle): 15mg M1t, 600mgs 4ad
Week 3 (cycle): 15mg M1t, 600mgs 4ad
Week 4 (cycle): 15mg M1t, 600mgs 4ad
Week 5 (PCT): 40mgs Nolva, Tribulus (dosage?)
Week 6 (PCT): 40mgs Nolva, Tribulus (dosage?)
Week 7 (PCT): 20mgs Nolva, Tribulus (dosage?)
Week 8 (PCT): 20mgs Nolva, Tribulus (dosage?)

Hey TG, You responded to one of my post at bodybuilding.com.

IMHO, cycling on and off and on and off is alot harder on the body then cycling on then off.

Just a thought.

Football, eh? What exercises would you recommend to be getting in shape for football? I'm doing bearcrawls and lunges mostly on my leg days.

I dunno, the coachest made us do a horrible rutine, upperbody one day, then lower the next, then upper again the next day.

Ide say squats, bench, and cleans are most important.

Did a bunch of stuff....

Day 3, Chest & Shoulders

Today I did Chest/Shoulders. 5 sets of bench (2 warm up), 3 sets of incline, 3 sets of military press, and 2 sets of lateral raises, and front raises. Ill post my weights when I start the m1t Cycle and start lifting more often. Right now Im only doing each workout once a week, but im planning on upping it while on M1t due to the faster recovery time. biggrin.gif

Ok, lemme see what I can remember...

I woke up, took my vitamins, drank a picher of water and ate a banana...
Then I went ot the store and got somthing to eat...

Breakfast/lunch whatever:

Bowl of pasta
can of chicken breast (10oz)
Banana

Preworkout:
Protien Shake, 2 scoop whey, w/ lechithin granuels & glutamin, ~2 cups vitamin D milk

WORKOUT

Postworkout
Protien Shake, 1.5 scoops whey, 3/4 cup of oats ~2 cups vitamin D milk


Tall Glass of water, Protien Bar & Banana On the way to work

@ work I had a huge turkey sandwich, 4 slices of ham, 4 of turkey, 3 strips of bacon, & cheddar cheese, Very yummy. I also drank a ton of watter, refiled my large soda cup with water about 4 times.

Tonight ill probably go to dennys with some of my friends, and eat a lumberjack breakfast

Before bed I alway have a scoop of whey, A couple pieces of Wheat bread, and a couple glasses of milk, a glass of water, and I take another dosage of vitamins. Then when I wake up to take a piss I usually have another glass of milk.

Thats pretty much my whole day, and how ive been doing it for about a week now, in anticipation for my M1T cycle. This is getting expensive.

i used to have a sh*t diet, ive done lots of things and lots of research - so here are my suggestions
m1t will not fix these problems =(

*you're catabolic from breakfast. you need food then and there. a banana will not suffice. at least have a shake in water as well for fast absorption.

*no shake as a before workout meal. go for 100g complex carbs , and 30-40g protein about 1.5 hrs before hand. fast dissolving whey will NOT give your body energy - and so your body turns to your muscle. CATABOLISM!

*PW COMPLEX CARBS ARE USELESS! you need to replace glycogen stores then and there as owrkouts deplete them, plus you get spiking that insulin which forces amino acids (proteins) into muscle cells - improving growth and recovery. You want tons of simple carbs here. even if you start drinking simple carbs during your wokrout and then finishing it off PW, that'd be perfect.
go for 75-100g simple carbs. Can be gatorade, or maltodextrin/dextrose mix is good.

*just keep having a protein meal at least once every 3 hours. Complex carbs are important too, maybe go for 50g per meal - if you dont have enough you'll have no energy no gains....if you ahve too mnany you'll get fat. it's up to you, m1t wont give you gains if your diet sucks.
you didn't have enough meals today.

your front deltoids dont need that much training since preexhausted them by working chest.

From the moment I woke up to the minute i was in the gym was all in under 2 hours time. I was at work last night until 2am and slept til noon, lunch is typically my breakfast due to the hours I work, and I typically have an aditional meal around 9pm.

I had 6 meals today man, and a ton of carbs between all the bread, pasta and oats I ate.

I totally agree, It felt like i hadnt even touched them, until i started doing front raises, thats why I stopped on my second set.

Thanks for the advise and trying to help dave, I know you mean well, but i'm not looking for advise:). I wanted to use this as a journal. During high school I was over 215lbs at one point with low BF, I am not new to diet or lifting by any means. I've put on 6lbs in the last 3 weeks of dieting, and put on 5 in 4 weeks before I started dieting. I'm not going to be using the m1t as a scapegoat to a poor workout routine/diet. I know what works well for my body. smile.gif

Day6: (I think?)

2nd day of m1t(5mg)/4ad(300mg). Felt VERY strong today. The pump was sweet, and im only on my second day, I was thinking about upping the dosage of m1t to 10mg next week, I might stay at 5 now though. My forearms and cheek(face) muscles are huge today for some reason, kinda odd. Anyways...

Seems like all I did today was eat, had 2 10oz cans of chicken, lord knows how much brown rice(I love this stuff), 6 scoops of whey total, before & Post out and bedtime, went to roadhouse grill had 2 salades, a 9oz filet mignon, and a baked potato. Also about 3 bananas and a pinapple. 4 pieces of bread at work and a protien bar at work. I think I ate TOO much today. However, I drank waayyyyy too much diet pepsi, gotta quit doing that. Wish i could keep tract of my water intake, Im probably drinking atleast 2.5 galons a day. Not pissing as ofter, dunno if my blatter is growing or what, but my pissing is left often and bigger. I take a shit like 3 times a day since i started eating alot, kinda gets annoying, but oh well.

I dotn think im getting enough calories, my body fat is going down for some reason, maybe because I gave up all the fast food? Anways, I ordered some liver tabs and n-large today, see what happens with that stuff. I weighed 184lbs butt naked after taking a piss thismorning right after I woke up.

Off day, Had to work ALLLL DAYYYY LONGGGGG, but still managed to eat a ton of good food.

Legs tomorrow, Back thursday, chest friday, cant wait!

BTW, I dunno if its the m1t or what but I looked massive today, not just big, but ripped, seems like even weird muscles i didnt know i had were bulging. However, i seem to be gaining a little bit of weight in my love handel region, hrmmmm. Oh well.

Leg day, Bleh, too tired to wright everythign, did some squats, some SLDLs, and some calf raises. Im SOOO tired, my legs are fried, I had a hard time standing there while i made my post workout shake, holding in my clutch at stoplights on the way home was hell!

Im up to 193lbs, ive been gaining every day, I weigh myself first thing in the morning after i take a piss, butt naked. I dont look any fatter, and I dunno if im gaining water weight or what, but ive been putting on a pound a day since i started taking the m1t/4ad stack.

Strength today was awsome did more reps and my ass was about an inch from the ground during squats, pump was awsome, my ass was huge.


Anyways, thats all, goodnight. I have to work early in the morning, dunno how im gonna be able to eat right and get the gym, but oh well, ill see what I can do.

Update, M1t 2 week cycle is complete!

Start weight at 11am the day I started: 185lbs
End weight thismorning at 11am: 196.4lbs

2 weeks of PCT, Lets see how much of it I actually keep!

Sorry I havnt been updating, no time between eating, sleeping, lifting, showering and working.

HEY, IM BACK!!!

Im in my 3rd week of PCT for my second cycle, final weight is 204lbs, with no creatine, 209lbs with creatine, however, i gained 4lbs of body fat (didnt know 2 percent body fat could make such a difference on the way you look, bleh).

Um, yeah, thats it.

So my total gain was 15lbs of LBM in 6 weeks, which aint too bad.

One thing that I liked about using the m1t vs natural is that you make gains everywhere, not just were you work out. My neck is thicker, my jaw muscles are bigger, all those small muscles are bigger. Except my love muscle, it got smaller cuz i got fatter sad.gif.

Im gonna cut for a month, get ripped for halloween so i can have some slutty costume (im thinking somthing like a greek warrior, brad pitt looked sexy in troy), then gonna start a cycle of some real gear, and hopefully put on 25lbs in 12 weeks. It will probably look somthing like this:

Week 1-4: Dianabol 30mg/day
Week 1-12: EQ 400mgs/week
Week 1-12: Test Enanthate 600mgs/week
Week 8-12: WINNY!!!

Then a nice pct, maybe with some hgc. So, anybody got some a good source?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure, this was going to be my original cycle before I decided to give m1t a shot first, I lifed for 4 years, took 6 months off, then got back into it for that 8 months, in which I probably only gained about 6lbs of lbm, not counting my normal 6lbs from the creatine. I'm to the point where I can't gain much muscle without gaining a ton of fat (naturally), and quite frankly it's not worth it anymore.

"natural limit" is in the mind of the beholder...

So i've been cutting for about a week now and have loss 3lbs of bodyfat, and no lbm yet. Basically all I am doing is eating less, and popping ephedrine, caffine and a long lasting asprine every couple hours, ill do this for a couple weeks and get my abs back, then ill start my real gear cycle. I want to get to 220lbs LEAN.

I'm trying to get to 215 - 235 by the middle of my Sophomore year. I could do it, but I'm trying to put muscle on and not just fat.

I was at 203 but i tooke some letro because i was bloated as frick from teh dbol, I looked HUGE though!
