whats a good way, to maintain your weight.. i dont wanna lose weight and or gain ofcourse.. hehe and i tend to eat a lot of junk when im not at home! ahh

WEll then dont eat that junk hehe. Eat healthy, do the same cardio and lifting you ussually do. Dont change anything.

Keep your workouts and diet, which is what you would normally eat; healthy I hope, consistant. Any little change could add or lose some weight to your lovely ass.

Okay so enough with the clowning. Cheeks if you want to not always be hungry then eat things that will fill you up. Eat to get full not to feed your need, food wise that is. I don't know how many times you and tuff go at it sexually, BUT that will make you hungry afterwards just like if you smoked some pot. Why I have no idea, probably because you worked up an appetite. Go figure. Anyways rice, potatoes, beans, things like that will fill you up pretty good and they are low in calories so you should be fine with that, but make sure you're eating around the certain time each day, taking in the same amount of calories, and along the same types of food as well. Does that help ya out kiddo?
