I got a job with a company and moved out in the past month, been super busy. But I am working out still tongue.gif

My weight has gone up to almost 170 now.

I do a lot of supersets when I workout in order to shorten the time I'm there. Feel the burn!

I've been trying to workout routinely for the past month or so.

Weight is hovering around 174. Might get very minor surgery on my right knee, a bursa is causing inflammation and hasn't fixed itself in almost 2 years now (when i screwed squatting 450 sad.gif)

Been working out routinely. Weight is around 178 which is up from around 160 a few months ago. Lifts are increasing.

Been doing my old workout routine:
Legs: Lots of squats.
Back/Bis: DB Rows, Cable Rows, Lat pulldowns, DB curls, Concentration Curls (going to include deadlifts soon)
Chest/Tris: BB Bench, BB incline, Overhead DB extension, Skullcrushers, Rope pulldowns, Flyes
Shoulders/Traps: DB presses, DB lateral, front, rear raises, DB Shrugs

Most of my muscles are growing quickly, muscle memory maybe? Either way I'm hoping to hit 190 in a 3 months which is about 4lbs/month.

So I'm over 180 now, I might be hitting 190 sooner than anticipated.

Tendons in my right knee started hurting today while doing deadlifts, not good for business sad.gif
