I have been using Joe Wilder Weight (400 cal per serving) Gainer and UP YOUR MASS (700 cal per serving).
I am trying to gain Bulk, are these good supplements to be taking?

Why arnt they any good? I find this is the only way i can take the calorie intake needed as i work 12 hour shifts.

They have a high volume of carbs and protein.

Are they unhealthy?

I use a weight gainer and it's a convenient way to up your calorie intake. But make sure you're still eating lots of real food, cause the weight gainer should be a boost, not a crutch. I personally just throw it into a blended shake along with eggs, milk, fruit, and whey.

Yeah i am. I have eating 6 meals a day. Only for one or two sometimes of those meals do i use weight gainers the other meals i eat real food, oats, chicken etc.

yeah a blended shake is the way to go in that case, the carbs in weight gainers are no good, you'll just get fat
