well my wrestling season ended on friday during the state championships, i lost my first 2 matches which put me out becuz it is double elimination. my first match i ended up losing to the #3 ranked guy n the nation and the #1 guy n ky, he was the reigning 2 time state champ but he won it on saturday so now he is a 3 timer. but oh well ill get em nxt yr.
this is going to be my workout and diet
mon.-triceps,abs,calfs
tues.-biceps,cardio,shoulders
weds.-back,chest
thurs.-off
fri.-off
sat.-cardio,abs
sun.-back,chest

probably not a good idea to do chest and/or back the day after shoulders either

Also with shoulder days you tend to use your tri's as well, so it may be beneficial to do shoulders with tri's instead of bi's. Then again it is more traditional just to have an arm day or splitting them with back or chest as most chest/back exercises involve arms in some ways

Exactly cause those exercises all overlap. (Bench, Chins, Deadlifts, etc...)
