Geno
yeah so just finishing up my first week of training in the new year, stuck to the same program:

Sat: Chest/Tri
Back/Bi's
Mon: break
Tues: Delts/Tris
Wed: break
Thur: Legs
Fri: Break

still have some set backs: left chest smaller, right quad smaller, but with isolation excersices slowly evening that out.

fixed the lats they are about the same size now, arms are still overwhelemed by the body when not pumped but thats allright I'll get there.

weight is goig up but slowly, going to add cardio on two of the break days.

School is finally done now that i should have more free time, but now that i am on full time i get 12 hour shifts so i am fucked barly able to get my four meals in when i used to get 6 in easy, missed three workouts so far but manage to make them up.

thinking about changing my routine again since now i am basically going out of order and mixing muscle groups like crazy,

My long time training partner bitched out on me when i uped the load and the in tensity so now the chest workouts are not as fun.

other than that trying to go hard, started training a couple of guys from my school, very exhausting.

got on some new supplimet called T-Bomb II , preaty good stuff but it is definetly underdosed, you hve to take at leaste one moe serving per day.

gonna try to get more meals in at work and make some more time for the gym. very difficult to stay focused, it seems that everybody is against me and nobody supports me in the group of my family or friends they constatly mock me rather than encourage and support me, but oh well fuck them all then, they don't know what they are missing.

Legs tommorow, will update for myself to keep on track, protien saves me from the meal tha i miss,

one motovation is GET BIG!
