I am new to all this and am after some advice from you pros smile.gif

I am trying to establish how much food i need to intake during the BULKING period which is what i am starting now.

I am 21yrs old, 84kgs and 6ft2 (medium build).

How much protein, carbs and calorioes should i be intaking?

Also how many protein drinks should i be taking?

Finally how long should i stay within on the BULKING period for? I dont want to get FAT!!

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

So my BMR came to 2800 ish using that calculator you posted on the front page. So that menas i should try to consume between 3300 and 3800 per day??
