I am new to all this and am after some advice from you pros
I am trying to establish how much food i need to intake during the BULKING period which is what i am starting now.
I am 21yrs old, 84kgs and 6ft2 (medium build).
How much protein, carbs and calorioes should i be intaking?
Also how many protein drinks should i be taking?
Finally how long should i stay within on the BULKING period for? I dont want to get FAT!!
