Hey guys! Just want to say I've been following these forums for quite some time now.... that's right I'm a stalker. Anyways, gonna get a training log going as soon as school is finished at the end of april and I can finally start eating and training like a normal human being. As for basic stats, I'm 21 years old, been training to varying degrees of intensity for 5 years now. I'm 5'10", 194 lbs, with about 14% body fat. I eat approx 4 meals a day, 2800-3000 calories, and consume approx 150grams of protein per day. Lift wise, my bench right now is 225 for 7 reps, squat is 315 for 4 reps, and deadlift is 375 for 2 reps. All those lifts were done within the last 1 1/2 months approx. Although after exams are done I'm sure they'll be down somewhat. Anyways, thanks guys, I'll be posting shortly.
