I've been on this cutting phase for about 3 1/2 weeks now. I cut out white rice, white bread, potatos, pasta. Switched over to brown rice and whole wheat bread. Im on a fat burner pill now. Upped the cardio to bout 4 times a week for at least half an hour. My workouts are high rep usually 12 reps per set. My friends tell me that Im looking skinnier but Im not getting cut or my muscles arent harding up. Its fucking pissing me off so bad. I took measurements also, my arms, chest, legs are still the same size. What the hell is the problem and when should I see results?

fix my diet....how? Im already not eating "white" carbs, my protein intake is pretty high, i take bout 4 shakes a day, each shake is 40g.

you dont want to drop out carbs completely you just want to lower them and increase your protein even higher. dont worry about 12 reps per set, you can do what you want there. be patient!

well I didnt completely cut out carbs I just switched from white rice to brown rice and white bread to whole grain. So its not completely gone, and im eating apples. Apples are a good carb to eat

takes time dude...i had a 6 pack for like a week about a year ago and it took me over 4 months of intense cardio almost everyday

You have to be 8% bodyfat or under and have a certain weight of muscle mass to have decent visable Abs, they're hard work!

The less calories u take in, the more fat you will burn. I think an average person burns around 2500 calories a day( really should look that up to be sure). TAKE IN LESS THAN THAT. High proteins, essential limited amounts of fat, rationed good carbs=bodies primary source of fuel.
