Okay so I've always heard of Penut Butter and how great it is blah blah.
But then I take a look at a couple of different kinds of common household penut butters, I just see about 2 - 3g protein, and 8 -9 grams of fat (usually with some saturated), gram or two of sugar, couple grams of carbs, and around 100 calories (this is a tablespoon serving).
So uh, what? Sounds like a good way to get fatty mcfat fat.
oh, and I absolutely love penut butter.

not all fats are created equal! fats from nuts are good fats!

You gotta get natural peanut butter if you're staying healthy. The kind where the oil separates and you have to mix it. Kraft, Jiff etc is processed garbage. Natural almond butter is also quite good for you.

Upon further research, I have decided to continue eating peanut butter, just cutting back a bit. I eat too much as it is.

They are good fats (for the most part, non-organic Peanut Butter does contain some trans fats). I don't think you have the credentials to argue with the writers on that site without backing it up.
