So I started a cutting diet about 2 weeks ago. I stopped eating white rice, white bread, pasta, potatos. I switched over to brown rice, whole wheat bread, low sodium foods. I upped the protein intake and cardio. I do cardio bout 4 times a week for half and hour and all my sets are at least reps of 12-15. The problem is my weight is yo-yoing, its pissing me off. Is this normal? and is there any other advice you guys can give me?

Well, a person's weight varies from day to day. I know my weight is constantly between 184 - 186 (sometimes more, sometimes less). Depending on food and water intake, and other things.

Basically, what you want to do it try to only weigh yourself every 1 - 2 weeks or something. And when you do, do it when you first wake up, when you're dry and empty.

As far as your diet/lifestyle:

Cardio! Do lots of it, morning cardio every time you can, can't get much better. At least 4 times a week.
Get some thermogenic fat burner. Metabolism boost! If you don't want to take these, at least get some Caffeine pills.
Don't eat too late before bed.
Cut back on sugars and junk like that. Also, stay away from Mayo as much as possible.
Do your powerlifts! They jump start and work the most muscles. Squats are especially important.
Protein! PROTEIN! 1.5g or more of protein per pound of body weight. This I find the hardest thing to do, but get some whey powder and start mixing!
Keep your carbs in the morning, don't eat a lot of fats.
find out how much calories you need per day (to maintain your weight, lots of calculators out there) and set yourself up with a calorie defect.

Okay I just woke up, I'm tired. I know that was a mess, but I hope it helps. If you have any questions, ask.

Lots of things like how much water you're holding, how full your stomach/intestines are, etc can vary you 1-3 pounds from day to day pretty much. It should however be a general trend in one direction even if it is really slow. If not change your diet , lower your calorie intake or burn more.
Hello
In a nutshell: Don't eat. Do cardio.

Well, I stopped the creatine cycle. Is there any other advice on how to flush the water out of me also? I think my problem is im retaining too much water.

Just reduce your water intake. I know when I wake up in the mornings I'm dry as fuck. Looks awesome.

Well my suggestion was based on the fact that he noticed his weight shifting/bloated look. I was assuming contest, or before he gets naked or whatever in the fuck that he just reduce water intake. In terms of the whole actually cutting, lots of water.
