Anyone have sore joints? Have you tried creatine was wondering if the water retention (though not much) helped at all?

sore joints are caused by muscle pain which is caused by damage to the muscle from over-working them, which is the essence of bodybuilding. the solution is properly applied massage, which comes in many forms. essentially, it requires hard, painful pressure to 'release' the muscle to healing, both physiologically and neurologically.
