tuffy eventually you burnt through a lot of fat when you cut down recently. i know you were having trouble at the start with carb #'s, and how often to have carb up days etc..
in the end what worked best for you?
im going to be cutting soon, as i am fat.

Also note, james' genetics are very different from your lanky ass. His methods may not work at all the same for you

I think he told me once a week. I've read you should start carbing up friday night and end sunday afternoonish. I'm about to have some pizza! I've been looking forward to this moment all week. I am so sick of tuna and cottage cheese
