So, does anyone have any suggestions or tricks to keep meals down pre and post workouts.
I find I have a hard time taking creatine (in morn on empty stomach) without wanting to hurl.
Same goes for post workout protein shakes.

Well it hasn't made me puke yet. Just makes me feel gross.
Maybe it is just hard on an empty tummy

so why are you taking creatine in the morning?
why aren't you eating in the morning?
when do you work out?
what are your eating habits?

I've heard of bad side effects with creatine being vomitting and/or diarhea from the way it can dry out your stomach if you have it on an empty stomach, I heard you should stay well hydrated and follow up with clear water after your'e done drinking the creatine.

In a mini loading phase for this week. So I take 5mg of cre in the morn and then before the gym.
I guess it could be a combo of things.
Going from a max of 1800 cals a day for cardio training (summer) to my ON season max of 3000 cals a day with an increase of 300 cals per week is a bit hard to swallow.
Forcing meals down on top of creatine, ZMA, protein shakes, Glutamine, etc. can probably cause puking in anyone.
Guess I will just have to suck it up.

If it makes you feel that sick why do a loading phase? You can get them same results without loading just a little slower

yeah, according to a study i read a few years ago, the results are the same at 4 weeks regardless of loading or not. i just expect most people to load because most people buy into conventional bodybuilding knowledge, fairy tales or not.
